Berkeley Springs, WV January 31st, 2025 Mark Harrell, President and CEO of CNB Bank, proudly announces the promotion of Tracy Lord to Vice President / Banking Governance. Tracy, who joined CNB Bank in March 2016, most recently served as Vice President / Solution Center Manager. This promotion recognizes her significant contributions to the bank, as well as her exceptional expertise and leadership within the banking industry.

“Tracy has been an invaluable part of CNB Bank’s success for nearly a decade,” said Harrell. “Her dedication to excellence, breadth of industry experience, and commitment to the community have been instrumental in advancing our mission. We are excited to see her excel in this new role and further strengthen our governance framework.”

In her new role, Tracy will assist in managing risk, to include developing, implementing, and maintaining effective policies, procedures, and controls for the bank, ensuring CNB Bank continues to meet regulatory standards and deliver superior service to its customers.

Tracy Lord brings more than 25 years of experience in the banking industry, having held various roles including teller, customer service representative, assistant branch manager, and branch manager. She joined CNB Bank as a Branch Manager in 2016 and quickly advanced to Branch Administrator in 2018, Solution Center Manager in 2020, and now Vice President / Banking Governance in 2025.

Tracy is a graduate of the West Virginia Banking School, underscoring her dedication to professional growth and excellence. Her commitment extends beyond the workplace; she is an active member of the Berkeley Springs Rotary Club, serves on the board of the Boys and Girls Club of the Eastern Panhandle, and was the Treasurer for the Berkeley Springs – Morgan County Chamber of Commerce for eight years, remaining highly involved with the Chamber. Additionally, she participates in the Apple Butter Festival Committee, contributing to local community events.
