A seasoned business leader with a distinguished career in the real estate and construction industries, Mr. Henry brings unparalleled expertise and a deep commitment to community service to this critical advisory role.

Justin Henry is the Chief Operating Officer at Panhandle Homes of Berkeley County, Inc., a division of Panhandle Builders & Excavating, Inc. With nearly two decades of experience in the real estate and construction industries, he has been instrumental in driving the growth and success of his company. A Shepherd University graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Justin is known for his strategic thinking and ability to navigate competitive markets effectively.

In addition to his professional achievements, Justin is deeply involved in the community, serving on boards such as the WVU Hospitals East Foundation and the Martinsburg-Berkeley County Chamber of Commerce, where he has held leadership roles. His volunteerism spans various organizations, including Berkeley County Parks and Recreation and the Boys and Girls Club of the Eastern Panhandle. Recognized for his dedication, he was named Martinsburg-Berkeley County Citizen of the Year in 2023.

Justin lives in Berkeley County with his wife, Adrienne, and their three children, Peyton, Parker, and Paxton.
