Hagerstown, MD, January 8th, 2025 Mark Harrell, President and CEO of CNB Bank, announces the appointment of Tereance R. Moore to CNB Bank’s Maryland Advisory Board. With over 20 years of expertise in the financial sector and a proven track record in project management, human resources, and community leadership, Mr. Moore brings a wealth of experience to this important advisory role.

Tereance R. Moore is the owner of Tereance Moore Consulting, LLC, where he leverages his expertise to manage and execute large-scale, innovative projects with a focus on strategic planning and leadership. Specializing in global project management, he delivers tailored solutions to drive organizational success and innovation. Additionally, as the Founder and Executive Director of Mediation First, Inc., he leads a nonprofit organization that promotes dialogue and constructive conflict resolution.
Mr. Moore holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from the University of Charleston, WV, and multiple professional certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP), Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM- CP), and a Maryland real estate license.
He is deeply involved in community leadership, serving on numerous boards and committees, such as the United Way of Washington County, the Maryland Symphony Orchestra, and the Greater Hagerstown Committee. Mr. Moore is also a member of Leadership Maryland’s Class of 2024 and has been recognized through gubernatorial appointments to several state commissions, including the Maryland Judiciary Nomination Commission.
