Berkeley Springs, WV, October 21st, 2024 Mark Harrell, President and CEO of CNB Bank, announces the retirement of Becky Stotler, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, in Spring 2025 after 42 years of dedicated service. Although Stotler will retire, she will continue to contribute as a member of CNB Bank’s Board of Directors.

“It is with mixed emotions that we announce Becky’s retirement,” said Harrell. “Her invaluable contributions and leadership over the past four decades have greatly shaped CNB Bank, and we are grateful that her journey with us will continue on the Board.”

Becky began her career at CNB Bank as a part-time teller and advanced through various roles, culminating in her current position as CFO. In addition to her distinguished career at CNB Bank, Becky has been a pillar of her community for over 40 years. She has served for many years as the Treasurer of the Morgan Student Aid Fund, furthering her commitment to supporting local students. She has also dedicated more than four decades of service to Morgan County 4-H and currently serves on the grant committee for the Eastern West Virginia Community Foundation. Becky is the Vice President of the Berkeley Springs-Morgan County Chamber of Commerce Board and a board member of the Morgan County Rescue Squad.

Becky holds a degree in Accounting and Economics, graduating summa cum laude from Fairmont State College, and is a graduate of the West Virginia Banking School. In 2017, she was selected as one of the Girl Scouts of the Nation’s Capital Women of Distinction, recognizing her long-standing dedication to community service.

Outside of her professional accomplishments and community involvement, Becky cherishes time with her husband, Arnie, along with their three children and four grandchildren.
