CNB Financial Services, Inc. announces results for quarter ended December 31, 2020
Mark D. Harrell, President/CEO of CNB Financial Services, Inc. (CNB), the parent company of CNB Bank, Inc. announced that CNB had consolidated net income for the year ended December 31, 2020 of $3.2 million, or $7.77 per common share and $8.53 per Class A common share compared to consolidated net income for the year ended December 31, 2019 of $2.8 million, or $6.80 per common share and $7.48 per Class A common share.
Capital is a key measure of a bank’s financial health and CNB continues to be rated a well capitalized financial institution by regulatory authorities. CNB’s capital totaled $38.3 million or 8.0% of total assets as of December 31, 2020.
CNB, with total assets at December 31, 2020 of $481.4 million, has two full-service offices and ATMs in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia. The Bank has three full-service branch offices and ATMs in Berkeley County, West Virginia.
